The Ranch Season
We are hiring for an opportunity to develop personally and professionally at Canada’s oldest and best-loved guest ranch.
We are taking applications from local, national and international applicants. If you are not a Canadian citizen you must have a valid work visa. If you are a successful applicant we can provide a letter for your work visa.
A successful applicant must love people as the guest interaction has been #1 to the success of the ranch.
You will spend your summer at our private gated lakeside resort. We provide top wages, plus all gratuities are spread equally to all staff, You can live on or off the ranch and meals are available.
This includes activities on your time off including: horseback riding, canoeing, sailing, karaoke, movies in the theatre, swimming, tubing and fireside chats.
Because we operate a closed herd of over 100 horses, employees can not bring private horses onto ranch grounds. First year employees can not bring dogs to the ranch. Returning employees can bring dogs only if approved by management.

Front Desk Reception
Responsible for the day to day management of the general office. Duties include: maintaining and updating bookings on a daily basis as they come in by email or phone. Rebooking guests for next season at checkout, greet and check all guests in and insure all paperwork waivers are completed. Responsible for all checkouts including billing and visa charges, coordinate all housekeeping schedules, provide daily cash reports to bookkeeper, maintaining all bookings records.
Activities Coordinator
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and organized Activities Coordinator to join our team! This dynamic role includes bartending and stocking bars, supervising the waterfront, and ensuring activity sign-up sheets are current and accessible. You’ll lead afternoon non-equine activities such as karaoke, line dancing, archery, lawn games, and hay rides, as well as light the sauna and help create a fun, welcoming atmosphere for our guests. If you love keeping things running smoothly and making sure everyone is having a great time, this role is for you!
Servers
Our servers are responsible for “front of house” setting up and cleaning up after meals, maintaining the cleanliness of the lodge and interactions with the guests during mealtime. Serving experience is not required as training will be provided. All servers must take an online Serving It Right course before starting.
Housekeepers
Our housekeepers are responsible for cleaning and preparing the cabins for new guests arrivals. Experience is not required as we will provide the training. Must be physically fit as this job keeps you on your feet for most of the day.
Prep Cooks/Bakers
Required to work and train under our Head Chef. Home cooked lodge meals from fresh ingredients served hot and on time three times a day. Prepare home baked breads deserts and cookies. Prepare packed lunches.
