We are hiring in the following departments for our 2022 Season. We are taking applications from local, national and international applicants.

Office Manager

 

The role of the office manager is responsible for the day to day management of the general office. Duties include: Maintaining and updating bookings on a daily basis as they come in by email or phone, rebooking guests for next season at checkout, greet and check all guests  in and insure all paperwork waivers are completed, responsible for all checkouts including billing and visa charges, coordinate all housekeeping schedules, provide daily cash reports to bookkeeper, maintaining all bookings records, cover lodge managers role on days off, admin work on boats and kayak sign up sheets, look after all store merchandise, train and delegate takes to the office clerk. 

 

Wranglers

 

Our wranglers must be able to catch and saddle horses quickly and correctly. Riding and training experience is required. Our wranglers are responsible for starting and training unbroke horses, putting trail miles on green horses and tuning up horses that develop bad habits as needed.  You will be required to take out trail rides for new guests to evaluate their abilities. Must be able to provide basic equine first aid. A certification in first aid is required.

  

Servers

 

Our servers are responsible for setting up and cleaning up after meals and maintaining the cleanliness of the lodge and interactions with the guests during mealtime. Serving experience is not required as training will be provided. All servers must take an online Serving It Right course before starting.

 

Housekeepers 

 

Our housekeepers are responsible for cleaning and preparing the cabins for when the new guests arrive. Experience is not required as we will provide the training. Must be physically fit as this job keeps you on your feet for most of the day. 

Waterfront Director 

This is a new position just created. You will be required to do lifeguard duties and teach swimming. You will be required to operate the motorboats, take guests tubing, and also instruct water skiing. The waterfront director will teach canoeing and sailing.
