Executive Homes Collection
For just an additional $20/person per night!
For 2022, we are pleased to offer a collection of five premium homes for our guests looking for that extra special stay at the Flying U Ranch. These homes are ideal for larger groups and families who would like their own home with central heating, full bathroom facilities, extra living space, and furnished in western ranch decor. Each home requires a minimum of number of guests to book (each home varies, see below). There is a small premium cost of $20 a person per night. These homes should be reserved at time of booking because they are usually reserved quickly.
The Lakeside House
Situated on a private fenced cul de sac, this three level log home is perfect for the group who wants privacy. This executive home in the aspens features a large covered deck overlooking the lake and has accommodation for up to 10 guests. This house has 2.5 bathrooms, 5 bedrooms, a kitchen, central heating, a living room, spacious deck and a hot tub. This house has 1 queen bed, 2 double beds, and 4 single beds. There is private parking area right at the house and you even have your own fire pit. It's just an 8 minute walk to the main lodge and the home is adjacent to our private Spring Lake Meadows Pasture.

The Wrangler House
Cozy and private, the Wrangler features a spacious living room, electric and wood heat, 3 bedrooms, and a 3 piece bathroom. There is 1 queen bed and 2 double beds. We redecorated this sweet log home in 2016 and did exterior work in the fall of 2020. The home features a large fenced in enclosure private parking area and a private deck with a view of the lake. This is perfect for smaller groups and there is only a four person booking minimum. Most people who rent the Wrangler house rebook year after year

Gammie House
This beautiful spacious home was once the homestead of the Gammies who owed the ranch back in the 1950’s. This fall we have completely renovated the house and are now taking bookings for the 2021 season. This house is perfect for company retreats/weddings etc because the living room is spacious. There is also a kitchen, laundry room with washer and dryer, a large separate dining and kitchen area, two full bathrooms, a private screened-in porch and two separate decks . This centrally heated home also has its own wood stove for those cold fall nights. There are 5 bedrooms including a separate loft for the kids. The house sleeps 10 people and there is separate private parking and an easy access side entrance.

The Cariboo House
A 2600 sq ft two level hand crafted log home, the Cariboo offers a spectacular view of Green Lake, with a central location to the rest of the ranch. With wifi, an HD TV television, a full kitchen, plus central heating, the Cariboo is perfect for up to 10 people. There are 2.5 bathrooms (1 is on the upper floor) and 3 bedrooms, plus an open concept sleeping space on the upper floor which is perfect for the kids. This house has 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 double bed and 4 single beds. Situated on a private acreage with its own covered porch with expansive viesw of Green Lake this is the quintessential “Ranch House” vacation.

The Dorm
The dorm was for decades our only premium cabin. As such, it is always in demand because it has built up a loyal following who have booked there for generations., Though not as luxurious as our other executives, the dorm has a charm of its own because of its location right in the centre of the ranch village. The dorm features a three piece bathroom, electric and wood heat, and a cozy living room. The dorm has four bedrooms, 1 with a double bed, 1 with a single bed and 2 with 2 single beds.
